ORDER PROCESSING

Are you currently fulfilling orders?

​

Product Del Cuatro is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Can I cancel my order?

​

Orders are processed automatically, therefore, once you receive confirmation of your order unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

​

What Is a Pre-Order?

​

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page once the product has reached the warehouse. In pre-order purchases the form of payment will be charged at the moment the order is placed. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the items are in stock.

 

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Union Pay.

We also accept a selection of fast & convenient payment methods allowing you to purchase without entering your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. These include: Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

SHIPPING

Is shipping included?

​

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders but for faster shipping methods additional costs will be applied at checkout.

​

When will my order be shipped?

​

Please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship. Once shipped you will also receive an automated email with tracking info.

Can I change shipping address?

​

Once an order has been completed, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address. Exceptions can be made in the event of a simple spelling error, if this is the case, please contact customer support as quickly as possible and state clearly the changes that need to be made.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

​

How long do I have to exchange an order?

​

Once your order arrives you have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange items purchased for exact items in a different size or color. All tags must be attached and all original packaging must present and intact as well.

​

Do you offer returns?

​

We currently do not offer returns at this time. 

​

When will my exchange be processed?

​

Once we receive your item and it has passed a quality check at the warehouse we will exchange the item according to your request, please allow 5-7 working days for this to be processed.
